Andrew Trimble is a former rugby player and entrepreneur whose journey from the pitch to the boardroom offers valuable insights into teamwork and leadership.
With a huge career at Ulster Rugby, where he earned 229 caps and 70 international appearances for Ireland, Andrew has a wealth of experience in high-pressure environments. His transition from elite sport to business was marked by a commitment to continuous learning, having pursued academic qualifications alongside his playing career.
After retiring from rugby, Andrew co-founded Kairos, a software company that enhances performance and communication for elite sports teams. Under his leadership, Kairos gained recognition for its innovative approach, collaborating with prominent football teams in the Premier League and major franchises in the MLB and NBA. The company was acquired by Teamworks Innovations, where Andrew now serves as a Senior Director of Product.
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Queen’s University Belfast, a Postgraduate in Management from the University of London, and an MSc in Finance from Queen’s University Belfast, graduating with distinction. His academic background, combined with 14 years of learning from top rugby coaches, has equipped him with a unique perspective on the dynamics of teamwork and leadership.

Comedians generally start at £1,500 or $2,000 for a 20-minute set.
